Sinadya sa Halaran is a mergin of the Roxas City Fiesta "Sinadya" and the province celebrate of "halaran"."Sinadya sa Halaran is a Commemoration of the feast of the patroness of Roxas City which is the Immaculate Concepcion and a thanksgiving.
